How the external envelopes voted
Votes cast outside the voter's locality — soldiers, prisoners, hospital staff, missions abroad — are counted last, and they do not vote like the country. On election night they are both the largest block of votes not yet counted and the one whose make-up differs most from the running count. Here הבית היהודי got +5.65 points more in the envelopes than its national share, and הרשימה המשותפת −7.47.
